This program builds upon the Catalyst curriculum but has transferred the educational experience into a virtual one. This program is designed to allow participants the time and space to connect with others and engage in learning more about their own story of leadership. Throughout the time, participants will identify their strengths as well as recognize the strengths of the members of their community.
About
Spark is designed to meet participants where they are as they explore their leadership potential. The curriculum will do that as the participants:
- Engage in the learning
- Connect with ideas and people
- Craft their story
- Expand their perspective
Learning Outcomes
- Explore what it means to choose your own authentic path.
- Understand how to best connect and contribute to the causes and groups you care about.
- Commit to a plan to be a spark for yourself and the groups or communities you are a part of.
Structure & Cost
Spark is a 3.5 hour, virtual program hosted via Zoom with one LeaderShape facilitator.
The cost is $5,500 for up to 100 student participants. An electronic participant manual and evaluation are included.
